Just near to the “Cauzza” of San Guglielmo from which it takes its name, this is a typical house of the historical centre renewed with a contemporary style by the Galesi family, who have owned it for several generations.
The house is divided into two completely indipendent apartments, respectively with veranda and terrace of relevance, and it gives the opportunity to taste to the fully the atmosphere of the district of Santa Maria la Nova, one of the most characteristic historic districts of the city.
The house is right at the mouth of the confluence with the smaller Cauzza of San Guglielmo, where is the hermitage of the Blessed Patron of Scicli, Guglielmo Cuffitella.
Cauzza with veranda
Located on the ground floor, this delightful apartment is ideal for a couple or a family of 3, being equipped with a single large open space with bedroom, living area with sofa bed, and a small but comfortable kitchen.
Cauzza with terrace
On the first floor of the same building there is another nice apartment with the same appearance: open space with bedroom, living area and kitchen. The peculiarity of this second home is the presence of a very sunny terrace, ideal for having some relax time or for enjoying the sun of Sicily.
As the previous one, this house can accomodate up to 3 people, thanks to the comfortable sofa bed.
