Cunzulu, whose name is inspired by the nearby Church of the Consolation, is located at the beginning of Via Alfieri.
The House is a typical dwelling, recently restored with typical interior and contemporary furnishings which make it functional and comfortable.
The entrance opens into the living area which has a comfortable sofa, an entertainment area with a television and dining table.
From here you reach the fitted kitchen, modern, white with a cooking area and everything necessary to be independent: sink, a cupboard for saucepans, frig, stove and dishwasher .
The bedroom can comfortably host a couple. For children there is a small, separate room with a colourful drop down bed. As well as the beds there is a sofa bed, chest of drawers and a wardrobe sufficient for anyone staying for a long time.
The bathroom has a large shower with glass sides, two wash-basins and sanitary fittings in white porcelain. Adjoining is a small utility room with a small washbasin and everything necessary to be independent.
The house is air conditioned and is also fitted with a heated floor in order to make sure, even in winter, of a comfortable and natural environment.
The vaulted stone ceilings make the environment particularly romantic and the ancient walls succeed in shielding the rooms from the vitality of the historic centre in which the house is sited.
It is locate in the Santa Maria La Nova district. In the immediate vicinity there are restaurants, a fruit and vegetable shop, a chemist, a post office and an excellent ice cream shop.
Reception and Breakfast Room are less than 200m away. Parking places are easy available in front of the house.
Cunzulu is the ideal house for those who wish to stay in one of the typical Scicli houses and to experience the historic centre in all its authenticity.
